Refund & Returns Policy – OptiBliss

At OptiBliss, your satisfaction is our priority. We proudly provide premium wellness supplements and research peptides, and we want you to feel confident when shopping with us. If you are not fully satisfied with your purchase, please review our return and refund guidelines below.


1. Eligibility for Returns

Because our products are health-related consumables, we can only accept returns under the following conditions:

  • Items must be unopened, unused, and in original packaging.
  • Returns must be initiated within 14 days of delivery.
  • Proof of purchase (order number or receipt) is required.

For safety and regulatory reasons, we cannot accept opened or used consumable products.


2. Non-Returnable Items

The following items are not eligible for return:

  • Opened or used supplements
  • Opened or reconstituted peptides
  • Discounted or clearance items
  • Gift cards
  • Digital or downloadable products
  • Items damaged due to improper handling after delivery

3. Damaged, Defective, or Incorrect Orders

If your order arrives:

  • Damaged
  • Leaking
  • Incorrect
  • Missing items

Include photos of the product and packaging so our team can assist you quickly.
We will provide either a replacement or refund, depending on the issue.


4. Refunds

Refunds are issued to your original payment method once the returned item is received and inspected.

Refund approval may take 3–5 business days, and the refund may take an additional 5–10 business days to appear on your statement (depending on your bank or payment provider).

Shipping fees are non-refundable, except in cases of our error (damaged, incorrect, missing items).


5. Exchanges

We currently do not offer direct exchanges.
If you want a different product, please return the original (if eligible) and place a new order.


6. Return Shipping Costs

  • Customers are responsible for return shipping costs.
  • We recommend using a trackable shipping method, as we cannot guarantee receipt of returned items.

7. Order Cancellations

Orders can be canceled within 1 hour of payment if they have not yet been processed or shipped.

Once the order is shipped, it cannot be canceled.


8. How to Request a Return
